'Worldwide Counter-Jihad Initiative' To Launch

The first worldwide counter-jihad initiative will begin August 4 with the First Annual Global Counter Jihad rally in Sweden. Representatives from Stop Islamization of Nations (SION), Stop Islamization of America (SIOA), Stop Islamisation of Europe (SIOE), the English Defence League (EDL), and allied extremist groups will speak.

An event supported by renowned loons and extremists

Also attending, will be Pamela Geller, a renowned Islamophobe and loon who has been quoted to be the ‘looniest blogger ever’.

Pamela Gellar - One fine loon.

On a serious note, she once received a message on her blog saying: ‘We are stockpiling and caching weapons, ammunition and equipment. This is going to happen fast.’ This was shortly before the Norway bomber struck. Pamela later edited her post.

Anywhos, EDL leader Tommy Robinson shall be attending. In a statement taken by Reuters, he said,
Quote: ‘We must also look at the other forms of extremism commonly associated with Islam, including but not limited to the oppression of Muslim women, the predominance of Muslim men in child grooming cases, and the seditious ideology of Sharia Law. Of course, we must always be careful to distinguish fair-minded criticism from simple prejudice.’
The problem with this is that the organisers of this event and Tommy Robinson are highly prejudiced themselves and have been known to be. And the focus on merely ‘Islamic’ terrorism just goes to show how bias this event will be.

The cases of religion playing the most part in terrorism is a highly baffling one itself. Reports, like the Home Affairs select committee report on the Roots of Violent Radicalisation and the Communities and Local Government inquiry report on Prevent have been clear that politics and not religion were largely the motivating factors in acts of terrorism committed in recent years.

An event of hateful and fear-mongering rhetoric

The organisations and supporters of this event are merely going to spout their hateful rhetoric and it seems they won't be achieving anything either. The organisations attending haven't really achieved anything positive since they began.

  1. Your right in sayin these sick groups havent done anything. all they do is preach, like missionaries but they spew hate instead.

Rather than just bridging divides and helping solve cases in a more effective way they just continue to spew bile!

But these halfwits only think jihad means holy war, what about the inner jihad of self-improvement? So don't they want people to improve and become better people?
