EDL Go NUTS Over Child Education

Children from two schools in Hendon took part in the Three Faiths Forum which helps young people of different religions socialise and work together (click here for the news story).

As part of the programme, pupils were taught about the different types of food mentioned in the Quran such as honey, dates and figs, and also had the chance to try their hand at Islamic calligraphy.

But supporters of the English Defence League (EDL) and EDL Angels went nuts over children learning things about other faiths.

“CREEPING SHARIA”

What’s so bad about children learning? These EDL supporters have gone crazy.

The children will be visiting Sacred Heart in coming weeks as part of the Three Faiths Forum. We wish the children a happy visit.
